How long does it take to settle a personal injury claim?

After that, the timeline will depend on the insurance company’s willingness to negotiate in good faith.
If the insurance company refuses to offer an adequate settlement amount, it will be necessary to file a lawsuit and pursue compensation in court. While a trial is going to extend the timeline of the claim, it may be necessary to get compensation that is fair to the injured person.
