Teresa Sherman received a B.A. from Washington State University in 1979 and a J.D. from Gonzaga School of Law in 1984.
Her practice has emphasized health care issues, including contracting, bond financing, compliance, and licensing and privilege issues. She has represented both the large health care organizations and the individuals physicians. Mrs. Sherman also focused her practice on business transactions, construction matters, employment issues, estate planning, probate and corporate and limited liability company set up and management.
