Dan’s practice focuses primarily on employment and civil rights issues. His typical case load includes claims involving sexual harassment, severance agreements, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, and wage and hour disputes.
Prior to his career in the law he worked in banking for almost a decade. He worked in collections, foreclosures, home loans, and auto loans. He looks forward to handling claims involving lending law (HUD, FHA, ECOA), auto loans, collections, foreclosure, and consumer protection.
Dan also represents small landlords and tenants involved in landlord-tenant disputes.
